1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website (pumpbouldering.com.au) and to the Founding Membership offer described on it. They're offered by Pump Bouldering Gym Pty Ltd (ACN 676 306 808, ABN 72 676 306 808), trading as Pump Bouldering ("we", "us", "our"), of Gregory Hills, NSW. By using this site or signing up for a Founding Membership, you agree to these terms.

2. The Founding Membership offer

• Founding Memberships are limited to the first 100 members, with up to 70 of those spots available as Premium; once Premium spots fill, remaining spots are Core only.
• Core: $26/week, $1,352 total over a 13-month founding term (13 months for the price of 12).
• Premium: $46/week, $2,392 total over the same 13-month term, including sauna access (up to 3 sessions/week).
• All Founding Members get 10% off all over-the-counter purchases.
• Exact inclusions, pricing and term length may be confirmed or updated as we finalise our booking system ahead of opening. We'll notify Founding Members of any change before it takes effect, and we won't reduce the value of the founding rate you locked in.

3. Signing up

Signing up through the website form registers your interest and reserves a Founding Membership spot, subject to availability (capped at 100 total). Submitting the form doesn't itself create a binding contract for membership or payment; it's an expression of interest and reservation, confirmed once your deposit is paid (see below).

4. The $49 deposit

• No payment is collected on this website. Once bookings formally open, we'll contact you by text/SMS with a secure payment link to pay a $49 deposit to confirm your reserved spot.
• The deposit is fully refundable at any time before your 13-month membership term begins on opening day (currently targeted for March 2027), if you change your mind.
• The deposit will be credited against your first membership payment once your term begins.
• Opening date, construction timelines and site details are subject to change; we'll keep Founding Members updated as the build progresses.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel your reservation and request a full refund of your deposit at any time before your membership term begins, by contacting [email protected]. Once your membership term has begun, cancellation and refunds are governed by the membership agreement you enter into at that time, not these terms.

6. Marketing communications

By checking the consent box on the sign-up form, you agree to receive updates about the gym's opening, construction progress and founding offers by email and/or SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the sign-up form. We may remove or decline any submission we reasonably believe is spam, fraudulent or abusive.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Pump Bouldering name, logo, photos and renders, belongs to Pump Bouldering Gym Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pump Bouldering isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the Founding Membership offer. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, including as our booking and payment systems go live ahead of opening. The current version will always be posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
